My transcript is from a Canadian institution but it has been issued in French. Do I have to provide a credential assessment or a translation?

No. Applicants do not have to provide a credential assessment for programs taken within Canada, even if the content (partially or totally) was in French. The College accepts applications and transcripts in French, as it is one of the official languages of Canada.
