I’ve provided a credentialing service report to another organization or government body – e.g. for a permanent residency application– can I submit that report directly to the College?

No. The credential assessment must be sent directly from the credentialing service to the College. In addition, the College requires a course-by-course credential assessment, and not the ECA (Educational Credential Assessment) requested for immigration purposes. Please note, credentialing services are only required for applicants educated outside of Canada and the United States.
