SUMMARY:Fish Health Level 2: Practical Fish Health Techniques for Aquaculture & Fisheries Ecology
DESCRIPTION:The Natural Resources Extension Program at VIU offers a three-level Fish Health training series. Level 1 introduces foundational concepts in fish health management for aquaculture and aquarium species. Levels 2 and 3 build on this foundation\, with Level 3 focusing on techniques for identifying and diagnosing bacterial pathogens. Each level is delivered as a separate five-day course and must be completed in sequence (e.g.\, Level 2 is required before enrolling in Level 3). \nThis is a classroom-based course delivered from VIU’s Nanaimo campus.
